"General Terms and Conditions of Personal Data Protection" refer to personal data contained at this website, which are processed using this website, i.e. collected and stored from the user as a natural person and a respondent by the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, Hahlić 6, Rijeka. The Faculty of Law in Rijeka collects personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling purchasing agreements, records of the completed customer orders, unique customer identification, business analysis, marketing, implementation of reward systems, product delivery, preparation of documentation related to purchasing, technical support, and payment authorization for debit and credit card payments. The legal basis of processing are the execution of the contract, the legal obligations of the processing manager, and the legitimate interests of the processing manager or a third party related to marketing, business analysis and the reward system.
The Faculty of Law in Rijeka, as the service provider for this website, is committed to privacy and personal data protection. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND USAGE
On the given website, "webshop.pravri.hr," the Faculty of Law in Rijeka collects the respondents' following personal data: name and surname, TIN (OIB), password, phone number, address, e-mail address, product shipping address, billing address, zip code, city, date of birth. The following persons may have insight into the users' personal data when executing their scope of work related to the purchasing agreements concluded by customers: legal entities participating in the execution of purchasing agreements such as delivery services, bookkeeping services, IT support, marketing support, companies which are connected, public bodies that require the personal data submission in accordance with the regulations that bind, regarding which the Faculty of Law in Rijeka keeps a personal data collection.
The customer agrees that the Faculty of Law in Rijeka may process the provided personal data for its own records and statistics, for the purpose of creating a customer database, informing about products and services, for information on delivery, for the delivery of promotional materials, improving customer relations, and service improvements. The stated data may be provided to third parties for the purpose of contract execution, protection of the users' interests, prevention of possible abuses, better insight and understanding of individual needs and requirements of the users, and developing opportunities to provide the quality services that aim to increase customer satisfaction. The Faculty of Law in Rijeka will keep personal data as necessary for the purposes provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
The Faculty of Law in Rijeka will ensure that the users' personal data are kept in a secure place (which includes reasonable administrative, technical and physical protection to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying, or alteration of personal data), which can only be accessed by authorized persons.
The Faculty of Law in Rijeka undertakes to provide the users with access to their personal data in order to ensure that the personal data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
If the users request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the personal data processing, the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka will modify, remove, or limit their processing.
The Faculty of Law in Rijeka forwards the necessary personal data exclusively to business partners to realize the customer's order delivery or sending of printed advertising materials.
The Faculty of Law in Rijeka does not record nor store the user transaction data required for payments by card.

Head of the personal data collection has taken the technical, personnel, and organizational measures of the personal data protection necessary for the personal data to be protected from an accidental loss or destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized publication, and any other misuse, and determined as the obligation of the employees working in data processing to sign a confidentiality statement.
The user of this website, "webshop.pravri.hr," has the right to obtain the information regarding the collection and processing of his/her personal data from the head of the personal data collection. The head of the personal data collection is obliged to restrict the personal data processing per this website user's request, i.e. his/her legal representatives or proxies, if the conditions for this are met.
Regardless of this websiteuser's request, in the event that the head of the personal data collection determines that the personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date, he/she will supplement or amend them.
The head of the personal data collection is obliged to inform the person to whom the personal data relates and the personal data recipients about the addition, modification, deletion, or restriction of the personal data processing within 30 days at the latest.
